Last week, May 10, I saw advertisement in the "Kitchen". In your advertisement, I read that your are offering a 20 percent discount on your new microwave , And I know this term also won the National Quality Award this year. 

As a cook, I have found your products to be most fast and useful in my mind. I hope that you can flexible in your pricing policy. In the past, when I dealt with your company, I found your terms agreeable and fair.

In the next three months, I would like to purchaser a new microwave. Please send me any information you have on it, including pricing, finance term, warranties, and performance specifications. If you have any other products that you feel would better suit my needs, please include information on them.
