RE: FIVE CRATES OF APPLES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

 

I would like to thank you for your letter that told us this problem.

After studying this problem, I have found the mistake did not take place within our company. As you know, our shipments are sent to a packing house that takes delivery and then packs and ships the product. We are not responsible for any repairs because we did not cause this problem.

I will try to comminute with shipment company that ask then to reimburse the money about damage you received. Thank you for your letter again and I will try my best to help you.
